Are you Emotionally dysregulated?

Have you ever lost control over your reactions, even though you promised you will control yourself better?

Have you ever thought that you will handle some situations in a calm way, but found yourself having very big reactions without understanding why?

We’ve all been there. I can assure you, there is NO human being in this world that didn’t experience being overwhelmed by emotions.

We call that emotional dysregulation.

​

I created this checklist for one simple reason:

most people don’t realize they are dysregulated until they are already overwhelmed.

​

Emotional dysregulation is often subtle at first.

This checklist is an invitation to rebuild that awareness gently.

​

By learning to recognize these cues, you create a moment of choice, a small window where you can pause, exhale, and reconnect with your body before the wave becomes too big.

This checklist is here to help you build that moment.

A moment of awareness.

A moment of compassion.

A moment where you turn toward yourself, not away.

And from that moment forward, regulation becomes possible.

Not through force, but through understanding.
